Those are some pretty good specs for Sony’s midrange camera line. It’s actually a little surprising that we’ve come so far technologically that those specs are in fact midrange… cameras sure have changed for the better.
I have two a7 II bodies and while I’m not ready to upgrade, it’s nice to see that the a7 III is getting a more reasonable price. The normal price of $1800 is a little steep. $1500 brings it in line with what the a7 II retailed for originally. I just get the feeling of getting ripped off from Sony’s pricing strategy for the a7 III and a7 IV. These are midrange cameras selling for what was previously high end camera prices.
